If you need a mortgage guy, you can’t find one that outworks or performs better than Martin. He has worked in the mortgage industry for years and knows the business inside and out. As the operator of a sole proprietorship, conventional loans are somewhat challenging and others either were intimidated by it or wanted so much documentation it was absolutely ridiculous. Martin was not intimidated at all and documentation required was totally reasonable. He did a great job of managing our loan through the entire process and was extremely responsive – EVEN ON WEEKENDS! He was patient with all of our questions and confusion at times and guided us through the complex issues with no problem. He never made me feel like I was annoying him when I called and never seemed irritated or agitated, even when he had reason to be; for example, our seller wanted to close in 30 days (which is practically a miracle), and Martin made it happen even though we made a few mistakes that caused delays I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you need a mortgage in Florida, definitely contact Martin – you will be glad you did
