With over 30 years of experience in the banking and Financial services industry, Hector has spent a lifetime assisting clients with all of their financial and investment needs. The last 17 of those years have been invested in educating clients on the benefits of homeownership as well as helping them obtain the keys to their new homes. Hector believes that every prospective homeowner should clearly understand the process of obtaining a mortgage as well as providing guidance and assistance throughout the loan process. The most important thing for Hector is helping people achieve the goal of homeownership.

Hector is also a proud US Airforce Veteran working diligently to bring the dream of home ownership to veterans in Florida. Originally from New York City, or as many people refer to him as a “Nuyorican” since his parents are from Puerto Rico. Hector moved down to South Florida in 1989 to get away from the cold weather in the winter. He loves to play golf, bowling, baseball, basketball, dancing, and having fun in general. He also has a passion for the beach which is really the main reason he moved to Florida.

Hector is fluent in English and Spanish and looks forward to also helping you obtain the keys to your new home.
