With nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Sterling has built his reputation on client education. He believes in the value of homeownership and that every individual should strive towards that goal.
By taking the time to educate clients on how to navigate financing options, whether it be an immediate reality or gradual process, the goal is always the same – homeownership. Sterling believes in the value of making educated decisions, and wants to empower his clients with tangible tools and knowledge to do so. He applies this same philosophy in making education a cornerstone of the Certified team building strategy – equipping our team with the most up to date industry guidelines and lending opportunities, to in turn better serve our clients.
Originally from Florida (where Certified Home Loans is headquartered), Sterling currently resides in Charleston, SC. Graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science. As an Owner/Founder and active Loan Originator, Sterling’s role is to continue leading and assisting our team, while working with his clients throughout the loan process as a confidant, educator and provider.
