Justin brings over 20 years of experience in both finance and real estate to our Certified leadership team. He has held a variety of positions during his career including time spent as a Loan Originator and management at both the regional and national level. As a native Floridian, Justin received his degree in Finance and Management from Florida Atlantic University with honors.
He has overcome a variety of business challenges that have resulted in the development and implementation of successful business systems here at Certified Home Loans. From new business techniques that spur innovative change, to staff development. He continually challenges himself to help our team, alongside his clients, achieve their goals through education and financial guidance.
As an Owner/Founder and Principal Broker at Certified Home Loans, Justin has laid the groundwork for success and continues to monitor the pulse of an ever changing industry to better serve our team and their ability to effectively service our clients.
In true Floridian fashion, Justin can normally be found spending his downtime enjoying the beautiful Florida beaches alongside his wife, Linda, and daughter, Jasmine.

With nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Sterling has built his reputation on client education. He believes in the value of homeownership and that every individual should strive towards that goal. By taking the time to educate clients on how to navigate financing options, whether it be an immediate reality or gradual process, the goal is always the same – homeownership. Sterling believes in the value of making educated decisions, and wants to empower his clients with tangible tools and knowledge to do so. He applies this same philosophy in making education a cornerstone of the Certified team building strategy – equipping our team with the most up to date industry guidelines and lending opportunities, to in turn better serve our clients.
Originally from Florida (where Certified Home Loans is headquartered), Sterling currently resides in Charleston, SC. Graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science. As an Owner/Founder and active Loan Originator, Sterling’s role is to continue leading and assisting our team, while working with his clients throughout the loan process as a confidant, educator and provider.
My office, by design, is less than a mile away from my residence. I prefer my daily commute to include a to-go cup of coffee and fresh air while scooting to the office in my golf cart (which happens to be a shade of FSU garnet). Go Noles!
